We’re hiring Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join a high-performing recruitment team in Manchester City Centre. If you’re ambitious, driven, and keen to build a career where effort = reward, recruitment could be your next move.
No recruitment experience? No problem!
You’ll be trained from day one, supported by experienced consultants, and given a clear path to progression based on performance, not time served.
You’ll be building relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, writing and managing job adverts, proactively sourcing and screening candidates, and providing consultative advice to both clients and candidates.
As you grow, you’ll also develop new business and build your own client base, turning relationships into long-term success.

Who we’re looking for:
- Confident communicators with strong people skills

- A degree or previous sales experience (B2B, B2C, retail, estate agency, car sales, etc.) is ideal, along with a positive, sociable attitude and the ambition to grow quickly.
