Role overview:
- Start on a trainee/entry-level desk (180 focus initially)
- Hands-on learning: candidate outreach, interviews, process management
- Shadowing senior recruiters and roleplays from day one
- Exposure to real clients and live roles
- Clear progression into 360 and business development roles
