Recruitment Consultant – Construction (180 Delivery Desk)
Bristol | £26–27k + commission

The business is built around strong client relationships, many held exclusively or on a retained basis by the founders — meaning you’ll have access to a ready-made client base from day one.
What your career could look like:
This role offers flexibility: start on a 180 desk and focus on delivery, or move into 360 recruitment over time, without being thrown in the deep end. Two juniors who joined in November have already:
- Taken over commission from home
- Progressed into their first promotion
- Are now moving into 360 responsibilities
You’ll be trained, supported, and given real opportunities to grow quickly. One example: a team member joined as a delivery-focused consultant and progressed to Director in just 2.5 years.
What you’ll get in return:
- £26–27k base salary
- Commission per placement:
- 1st placement: £200
- 2nd placement: £400
- 3rd placement and onwards: £500 each
- Example: 3 placements per month = £1,100 in commission
