$45,000 base (rising to $55,000 after 6–9 months) + uncapped commission
Realistic Year 1 OTE: $80,000–$120,000

This is a financially backed, international recruitment business specialising in Technology, Energy, and Construction markets. The Austin office has a close-knit, highly social team culture (people here are genuine friends) and they’re now looking to hire four ambitious sales professionals to join the team.
You won’t be joining a corporate machine. You’ll be part of a growing office where performance is visible, success is celebrated loudly, and progression is genuinely achievable.
The role:
This is a 360 recruitment position with a focus on sales and business development.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Winning new clients and building your own market through proactive business development
- Managing client relationships and growing accounts
- Sourcing and managing candidates across specialist industries
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
At its core, recruitment is high-level consultative sales. You’ll be selling a service, building partnerships with hiring managers, and influencing hiring decisions in fast-moving industries.It’s fast-paced, target-driven and competitive, but for strong salespeople, the earning potential and career progression are exceptional.
What you’ll earn:
- $45,000 starting salary
- Increase to $55,000 after 6–9 months
- Uncapped commission structure
- Realistic Year 1 OTE: $80,000–$120,000
- Average $7K commission per placement
Your output directly impacts your income, there is no artificial ceiling on what you can earn.
Top performers are heavily rewarded, including a Rolex for generating $1M in revenue.
Progression:
- Structured progression all the way to Vice President level

If you produce results, you will move up quickly.
Training & support:
You’ll receive structured onboarding and ongoing support, backed by the infrastructure of an established international business.

- Recruitment deal cycles

- Market development
- Building and scaling a recruitment desk
You’ll be supported by leaders who have built successful recruitment businesses themselves.

Ideally you’ll have:
- 1+ years of sales experience (B2B or B2C)
- A track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence speaking with senior professionals
- A highly competitive and resilient mindset
- The ambition to earn well above average and progress into leadership
